Ingredients - Slice of bread - 2 - Ham - 2 wafers - Chease - 2 slices Instructions 1. Put one wafer of ham on each slice of bed 2. Then put a slice of chease on top of the ham 3. Put bread on a baking tray 4. Place under oven grill for 8 minutes A nice simple meal that was very tasty to eat. You may want to add source between the ham and chease for a bit more flavour.

Ingredients - 2 - Chicken breast - 64 g - plain flour - 2 tablespoons - Oil - 1 pack - Asparagus - 3 tablespoons - lemon juice - 1 pinch - salt - 1 cube - chicken stock Instructions 1. Cut the chicken breast in 1⁄2 2. Place the flower and lemon juice in a bowl 3. Cover the chicken pieces with the flour mix 4. In a large frying pan add the oil 5. Put the frying pan on high heat 6. Once the oil is hot add all the chicken pieces 7. In a frying pan add some oil 8. Put on a medium heat 9. Once the oil is hot add the asparagus 10. Add the pinch of salt 11. Cook until light green 12. Add the chicken stock to the asparagus 13. Once soft and green remove from heat 14. Once the chicken is cooked through serve onto the plate 15. Serve the asparagus onto the plate
Ingredients - Beef - 680g - Breadcrumbs - 90g - Ketchup - 166g - Onion - 1/2 - Egg - 1 - Worcestershire source - 1 table spoon - Thyme - 1 tea spoon - Pepper - 3/4 tea spoon - Salt - 1/2 tea spoon Instructions 1. Divide the ketchup into 117g and 59g 2, Put the Beef Breadcrumbs, Onion, Egg, Worcestershire source, Thyme, Pepper, Salt and the 117g Ketchup into a large mixing bowl 3. Mix togeather into a thick ball so that everything is evenly spread 4. Put into a loaf tin to shape 5. Put tin foil over a baking tray 6. Turn the loaf out of the loaf tin onto the baking tray 7. Heat the oven to 200C 8. Put the tray in the oven for 45 minutes 9. Remove the tray and spread evenly the 59g Ketchup over the top of the loaf 10. Cook for 5-10 minutes more 11. Remove from oven and slice and server
Ingredients - Pork Belly - 4 - Water - 300 ml - Light brown sugar - 4 tablespoons - - Tomato puree - 4 tablespoons - Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons - White wine vinegar - 2 tablespoons - Rice - 255g Instructions 1. Put some water in a large pan 2. Add the rice to the large pan 3. Put the pan on a medium heat 4. In a medium sized pan 5. Add the water 6. Then the sugar 7. Stir in the sugar 8. The add the tomato puree 9. Stir until louse 10. Add the Soy source 11. Add the white wine vinegar 12. Put the pan on a low heat (stir every now and then or when it bubbled) 13. Add oil to a large frying pan 14. Put the frying pan on a high heat 15. Slice the pork into large chunks 16. When the oil is hot add the chicken 17. Once the pork is cooked though 18. Serve the rice onto a plate 19. Add the pork 20. Pour the source over the top That is my nice and easy recipy for sweet and sour pork.
